Content and Acceptable Use

  • You retain ownership of the videos you upload and the shorts generated from them.
  • You grant ForgeVideo a limited license to process, store, and transform your content solely to provide the service.
  • You may not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights, contains malware, or violates applicable law.
  • We may suspend or remove content and accounts that violate these Terms or platform guidelines.

Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

  • Free and paid plans, including Pro and Enterprise, are subject to the features and limits described on our Pricing page.
  • Subscription payments are processed securely through Razorpay and billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • ForgeVideo is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • AI-generated shorts, captions, and viral scores are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed to achieve any specific result.
  • To the extent permitted by law, ForgeVideo and Automatech are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
